Human health and the environment can be endangered by a variety of unlawful activities, such as the illegal use or disposal of hazardous or toxic chemicals or materials. Other activities may also adversely affect wetlands, endangered species, drinking water, and other natural resources of the State. The Environmental Protection Bureau of the Attorney General's office seeks to prevent or remedy harm to the environment and violations of the State's environmental laws. If you are aware of any activities or conditions which may violate environmental laws or significantly impact the environment adversely, we would like to hear from you.
