- Post-2006 Filings
If you would like to obtain a copy of a charity’s filings made with the Office of the Attorney General after 2006, please click here.
Please note that filings include a registration statement (including a certificate of incorporation, bylaws or other organizing documents, IRS determination letter and other attachments, if available) and an annual filing (which includes an IRS 990 and may include an accountant’s report or audited financial report).

If you would like to obtain a copy of a charity’s filings made with the Office of the Attorney General before 2006, you may make a FOIL request by clicking here.

REAL ESTATE
If you would like to obtain plans and amendments for Coops, Condominiums, HOAs or Time Share Plans and amendments, you may make a FOIL request by clicking here.

The first five pages of material provided in response to a FOIL request are copied free of charge; there will be a charge of $.25 for each remaining page that responds to your request. You may be charged the actual cost of production of documents produced in electronic form.
