NY Labor Law section 652 (In 2006 it was $6.75 per hour)
Federal Minimum Wage - $6.55 per hour as of July 24, 2008
FLSA sec. 6 (29 U.S.C. § 206)
(From July 24, 2007 to July 23, 2008 it was $5.85 per hour)
On July 24, 2009 it will be $7.25 per hour
