Attorney General Issues Report Of Investigation Into The Alleged Misuse Of New York State Aircraft And The Resources Of The New York State Police

“During the week of July 2, 2007, the Attorney General's Office commenced an investigation into Senator Bruno's alleged misuse of state aircraft. On July 5, 2007, Senator Bruno requested that we investigate “the Governor’s alleged misuse of State resources in connection with State Police surveillance of Senator Bruno’s activities." We have concluded both of these investigations and our findings are reflected in the attached Report.”
