Operator Of Queens Adult Home Pleads Guilty And Pays $1.65 Million In Restitution
Attorney General Spitzer's office today filed a remand motion in the case against former New York Stock Exchange Chairman and CEO Richard A. Grasso.
The motion seeks a hearing of the case in State Supreme Court in Manhattan, where it was originally filed.
The case is People of the State of New York v. Richard A. Grasso, Kenneth G. Langone and the New York Stock Exchange, Inc.
