Statement By Attorney General Andrew M. Cuomo Regarding Reunion Power's Decision To Adopt His Wind Industry Ethics Code

“Late this afternoon my office executed the Wind Industry Ethics Code with the Reunion Company. Reunion had previously decided not to sign on to the Code. Accordingly, with this development, virtually the entire wind industry (17 of 17 major companies) has agreed to this new standard of transparency and accountability.”

“This is a great step forward for the industry and State of New York, setting a new level of integrity in government and a green light for the exciting new wind industry.”
