Statement By Attorney General Eliot Spitzer Regarding The Castillo Theater

Recently, concerns have been raised in the media about the Castillo Theater, All Stars Project and East Side Institute in New York City.

The Attorney General's Charities Bureau, which is responsible for oversight of more than 38,000 non-profit organizations operating in New York, will review these concerns.

Subsequent to completing the review, the Bureau will determine what action, if any, is appropriate.
