“The Office of the Attorney General received the attached request this morning. We have already commenced a legal analysis of the issues presented.
As this matter concerns the Public Integrity Commission, the New York State Senate and the Albany County District Attorney's Office, we have requested that each of these offices meet with us to discuss this matter today.”
