Service on the OAG in Person

  1. You may effect service on any office of the Attorney General.  The addresses and hours of operation of the Regional Offices are provided on this website.
  2. In Albany, personal service is accepted at the OAG on the second floor of the Justice Building, Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY 12224.
  3. In New York City, the OAG may be personally served at 120 Broadway, 24th Floor,  New York, NY 10271.
  4. At both Albany and New York locations, there are signs directing you to the correct offices.
